Since our inception in 1991, M&C has earned its reputation as a first class product assembly service. Our unique structure of customer customization, gives M&C 20 years of experience and stability to meet and exceed the challenges with every customer we service...individually or collectively. We continue to evolve and re-define the assembly service standards in our profession by listening to our customer's changing and growing needs and by meeting and exceeding their future requirements.
What makes us so unique? While other companies would ascend on location, filling valuable areas with a large crew of assembly techs and then leave behind trash, M&C had a different philosophy.
- Show up Early and Often. Most stores receive assembly services at least twice a week, bringing the “just in time assembly” concept to the stores, and ensuring that they have a consistent flow of merchandise instead of boom or bust.
- Work Clean and Finish Clean. Since assembly services are performed on location during operating hours (in most cases), our teams always make sure that the work areas are shop-able for customers and they never leave before the area is back to tip top shape with organized merchandise and no trash.
- Make it Easy for the Store. The teams also order parts and repair damaged merchandise on the floor making certain that if it's on the floor, it is salable.
- Communicate. We create procedures and tools that ensure communication between all parties from assemblers to managers to customers and any supporting teams.
