In order to qualify to become an M&C assembly technician, you must

• have reliable transportation that is yours
• must be willing to travel to various locations and/or cities
• ability to read and understand instructional documentations
• have supply your own tools (basic tools and cordless drill gun)
• must be able to read and understand M&C work agreement

Assembly techs are 1099'ed hired labor. You must sign a hired labor contract/independent contract, present personal contact information and provide proof of citizenship. Requirement of our contractors, background checks and drug screening are necessary.
